Rosepine Retirement and Rehabilitation Center is located in the heart of Rosepine between Leesville and DeRidder. Our beautiful 108 bed facility opened in 2004 and is perfectly nestled in-between the pine trees.

At Rosepine Retirement and Rehabilitation, we offer both long-term and short-term care, skilled nursing, recreational activities for our residents, and other amenities.
